The DICOTA Club is the exclusive partner programme of DICOTA Schweiz AG ("DICOTA") for small and medium-sized businesses ("SMB Partners") who want to increase their revenue and margins, simplify their business processes and benefit from attractive and exclusive club advantages with professional mobile carrying solutions and IT accessories. DICOTA values loyal, mutual and sustainable partnerships and wants to grow together with committed IT resellers.

The DICOTA Club serves as a central communication platform for new products, special offers, product information, events, sales & marketing material, training, tools, support, rewards and other comprehensive information about DICOTA. This service is offered by DICOTA free of charge and voluntarily.

As a DICOTA Club partner, every purchase of DICOTA products through our partner distributors is rewarded with points that can be redeemed for rewards or refunds.

The DICOTA Club is open to all resellers in participating countries who sell DICOTA products. There is no general right of access, DICOTA reserves the right to refuse registrations in exceptional cases or to restrict access to individual club areas. Club users are always legal entities, the DICOTA Club is not accessible to private individuals. For the benefit of our SMB partners, whom we want to promote in particular with the various offers in the club, participation for distributors and major customers is only possible to a limited extent. We count the following as major customers Clients with individual agreements that include special and project conditions, and/or bonus arrangements. (Access to the portal can still be granted if required).

You collect valuable points with every EUR/CHF DICOTA turnover. Purchases from your distribution partners serve as the basis for calculation. The conversion ratio "purchase volume/premium points" is 1 EUR / CHF / GBP = 1 point.

Your points are normally credited within a few days of your order with the distributor. However, depending on the distributor, updates can take up to 3 weeks. If you miss credits in your account or have any questions about your transactions, the Club Support will be happy to support you. You can also collect points by participating in club promotions and community activities. To do so, look out for the -symbol in our news articles.

You can obtain the rewards conveniently via the Club Portal: To do so, log in with your DICOTA Club account and select the desired rewards shop in the main menu under 'Rewards'. The ordered rewards will be sent to you by post within a few days.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. To remain a partner in the new DICOTA Club, you must register under www.dicota.club register again. As soon as we have checked your details, we will confirm your registration via e-mail and send you the access data for the Club Portal. From this moment on, you are still officially a partner in DICOTA Club and can benefit from all the advantages.

Existing points from the former DICOTA Club will be re-credited within 3 working days if re-registered by 28 February 2022 and can then continue to be redeemed.
